Horace W. Taylor Sr., 59, of the 400 block of Thomas St., died Nov. 6, 1994, in Southampton Memorial Hospital after a short illness.
A native of Virginia, he was a member of St. Luke AME Zion Church.
Survivors include his wife, Evora Taylor; three sons, Horace W. Taylor Jr., Donald Taylor and Ricky Taylor; two daughters, Brenda Taylor and Dorothy Boyette; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Friday in St. Luke AME Zion Church by Dr. Marcus Pierce. Burial will be in Southview Cemetery. Elvin Vaughan Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
