America Online Inc. said that it has agreed to acquire two Internet companies, BookLink Technologies Inc. and NaviSoft Inc. The move is expected to strengthen America Online's strategic initiative in popularizing the Internet for publishers as well as for consumers. In addition, David C. Cole, Chairman and CEO of NaviSoft, has been named president of America Online's Internet Services Company. The BookLink and NaviSoft companies will form the nucleus of AOL's Internet Services Company. by CNB
