Chesapeake Care free clinic recently sponsored a casino night event at the Omni-Waterside Hotel in Norfolk. Sidney Oman was presented the clinic's first Founders Award.
The presentation was made by Dr. Juan M. Montero II, founder and medical director of the clinic.
Oman has been president of the clinic board since it began 2 1/2 years ago.
