Myrtle Liapis, 94, died Nov. 9, 1994 in Chesapeake.
Mrs. Liapis was born in Norfolk. She was a member of Fairmont Park United Methodist Church.
Survivors include two grandsons, Hubert H. Sharpe, Jr. of Norfolk and Garry J. Sharpe of Chesapeake; three great-granddaughters, Christina Sharpe, Stephanie Sharpe and Edna Lane; two great-grandsons, Garry Sharpe, Jr. and Selvyn Abbott; and eight great-great-grandchildren, Tahlal, Samantha, Terry, Tabatha, Isaiah, Crystal, Kathryn and Victoria.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Forest Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. Todd Hodges. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday.
