Leona Matlin, 84, of the 7200 block of Marcy St., died Nov. 13, 1994, at her home.
Mrs. Matlin was a native of Brooklyn, N.Y. She was the widow of Cantor Bernard Matlin. She was a longtime member of Temple Israel in Norfolk.
Survivors include two daughters, Sondra Kauffman of Virginia Beach and Joan Herndon of Washington, D.C.; two brothers, Noah Epstein of New York and Harry Epstein of New Jersey; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. today in Forest Lawn Cemetery by Rabbi Michael E. Panitz and Cantor Isaac Danker. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
