Michael David Stancil, 21, of the 4700 block of Sunray Ave., an electrician apprentice, died Nov. 10, 1994, in his residence.
Mr. Stancil was born in Norfolk. He was employed with I.B.E.W. Local 80.
Survivors include his parents, Mary Lou Koutoulakos of Arlington, Va., and David C. Stancil of Chesapeake; a sister, Danielle Magee of Knotts Island, N.C.; a paternal grandmother, Ellis Stancil of Chesapeake; and maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lou Koutoulakos of Arlington.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, by the Rev. Edward S. Martin Jr. Burial will be private. The family will be at the funeral home today from 7 to 9 p.m. and also at 1120 Main St., Chesapeake.
Memorial donations may be made to the Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters.
