JAMES E. ADAMS

James E. ``Jim'' Adams, 61, of the 1000 block of Pleasant Circle, died Nov. 12, 1994, in Sentara Bayside Hospital.

Mr. Adams was born in Kittery Point, Maine and was the widower of Carole Ann Adams. He was retired from the U.S. Navy and the Naval Air Rework Facility and proudly served in the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He was a member of Norfolk (NU)38 Elks Lodge and Fighter Squadron Iron Angel V.F. (NU)53.

Survivors include two daughters, Michelle Adams of Norfolk and Sheri Adams of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Janet Adams of Waterville, Maine and Linda Marsh of Elliot, Maine; and a brother, Terry Adams of York, Maine.

A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Rosewood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the residence, 1068 Pleasant Circle, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. today and also will assemble at the funeral home at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Kellum Funeral Home, Pleasant Hall/Kempsville Chapel, is handling arrangements.
