CHARLES W. SARVER

Charles William Sarver, 59, of the 4800 block of Pleasant Ave., died Sunday in a Virginia Beach hospital.

Mr. Sarver was born in Oak Hill, W.Va., and was the son of the late John and Mae Phillips Sarver. He had retired from Norfolk and Western Railroad after 30 years of service.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra Elizabeth Sarver of Chesapeake; two daughters, Debbie Barger of Chesapeake and Trina Coleman of Norfolk; four sisters, Naomi Greco, Pearl Lilly, Patricia Cooper and Winnie Stover; three brothers, Kenneth Sarver, Robert Sarver and James Sarver; and three grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday in Moyock Memorial Cemetery, Moyock, N.C. The family will receive friends at Oman Funeral Home, Great Bridge, from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
