John Shelton Walton, 69, died Nov. 15, 1994.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Elsie Clary Walton; three sons, John Walton of Franklin, Steve and Allen Walton, both of Drewryville; three sisters, Frances King of Gasburg, Elizabeth Delbridge of Lawrenceville and Pauline Johnson of Carrsville; three brothers, Tom Walton of Lawrenceville, Milton Walton of Emporia and Harmon Walton of Wilson, N.C.; three grandsons, Adam, Shelton and Ryan; and two granddaughters, Julie and Erin.
Graveside funeral services will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. today at Drewryville Cemetery, Drewryville, Va.
The family suggest memorials be made to the Capron Rescue Squad or the National Kidney Foundation of Virginia, Richmond, Va. Echols Funeral Home, Emporia, is in charge of arrangements.
