Otis Lee Talbot died Nov. 17, 1994 in Woodstock.
Mr. Talbot was the husband of Anne C. Talbot of Portsmouth; father of Brian Eugene Talbot of Centreville, Va., Kenneth Lee Talbot of Oakton, Va.; stepfather of Scott Brammer of Falls Church, Va., brother of Marilyn Talbot of Memphis, Tenn. and William E. Talbot of Houston.
A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday in Quantico National Cemetery, Triangle, Va. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Alzheimer's Research. Arrangements are by Everly Funeral Home, Fairfax.
