Alvin H. Gibson, 75, died Nov. 17, 1994.
Mr. Gibson was a native of Portsmouth. He was retired from Du Pont Chemical Corp.
Survivors include his wife, Peggy McCray Gibson; four sons, Pete Gibson, Blake Gibson, Alvin Gibson Jr. and Charles F. Gibson; and a brother, Fred Gibson of Portsmouth.
A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Walker Cemetery, Parkersburg, W.Va. Levitte Funeral Home, Parkersburg, is handling arrangements. Loving Funeral Home, Churchland, provided information.
