Ronald Lee Wilshire, 61, of the 200 block of Westonia Road, died Nov. 18, 1994, in his residence.
Mr. Wilshire was born in Sioux City, Iowa. He was retired from the U.S. Navy and was a retired machinist with the Norfolk Naval Shipyard.
Survivors include his wife, Martha Lockamy Wilshire; two daughters, Rhonda and her husband, Gary Whitley of Portsmouth, Deanna and her husband, Peter Eates Sr. of Portsmouth; two brothers, Robert H. Wilshire of Bermuda Dunes, Calif. and Clarence W. Wilshire of Mission Viejo, Calif.; and four grandchildren, Candice and Robert Bocks and Allyson and Peter Eates Jr.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Snellings Funeral Home, George Washington Highway Chapel, by the Rev. Billy R. Lewis. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday. Military honors will be accorded at graveside.
