Variance request to construct a single-family home off Pittmantown Road on an existing lot; the new home would require an entrance off a state-maintained road. Approved, 7-0
Variance request allowing undeveloped cul-de-sacs in the Burbage Grant subdivisions of Harbour View development to have a radius of 45 feet, down from the minimum radius of 50 feet. Approved, 6-1
Variance request allowing a home off 1816 White Marsh Road to create one lot, without road access, off of on a state-maintained road. The lot would surround a single-family home built before the effective date of the subdivision ordinance. Approved, 7-0
