Mrs. Sabell Garthright Marriner, formerly of Portsmouth, died Nov. 15, 1994, in Albuquerque, N.M.
Mrs. Marriner was born in Baltimore and was the widow of Harry E. Marriner.
Survivors include two daughters, Jean M. Potter of Portsmouth and Diane M. Williams of Albuquerque; one son, William C. Marriner of Suffolk; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Harry E. ``Jack'' Marriner Jr.
A memorial service will be at a later date. Snellings Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, is handling arrangements.
