Luella E. Hayes, 86, of the 3900 block of Llewellyn Ave., a homemaker, died Nov. 19, 1994 in Norfolk.
Mrs. Hayes was born in Jersey City, N.J. She was the widow of Henry C. Hayes Sr. and attended Tabernacle Church of Norfolk.
Survivors include two daughters, Luella and Arthur Ellingwood of Fairfax, Va., and Elizabeth and Charles Jones of Norfolk; a son, Henry C. Hayes Jr. of New Orleans, La.; and two grandsons, David Ellingwood of Chicago, Ill., and Wes and Kathy Jones of Virginia Beach.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, by the Rev. Rich Hardison. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 1027 Larchmont Crescent, Norfolk. Contributions can be made to any charity of one's choice.
