Douglas Rhea Turner, 42, of 1088 Horseshoe Road, died Nov. 20, 1994, in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
Mr. Turner was a native of Pasquotank County. He was the owner of Turner Meats in Belvidere. He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Lowry Turner; a daughter, Caitline Turner of the home; a son, Levi Turner of the home; his parents, Lloyd and Betty Turner of Elizabeth City; and a sister, Phyllis Looney of Harrisburg, N.C.
The graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in New Hollywood Cemetery by the Rev. Alan Gibson. Harrell Funeral Home, Gatesville, is in charge of arrangements.
