Ellen Louise Barnes, of the 1500 block of St. Julian Ave., a retired U.S. Postal Service worker, died Nov. 19, 1994.
She was a native of York County, and was a widow of Will Barnes. She was a member of Union Chapel A.M.E. Church in Norfolk.
She is survived by one god-daughter, Regina Copeland Lundy of Norfolk.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Union Chapel A.M.E. Church by the Rev. Clifton R. Wilson. Burial will be in Calvary Cemtery. Community Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is handling the arrangements.
