Elsie Marie Atkinson, 77, a retired cashier, died Nov. 21, 1994, in Chesapeake.
Mrs. Atkinson was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and was a Presbyterian. She was retired from Sentara Norfolk General Hospital Coffee Shop. She was the widow of Clifton Buck Atkinson.
Survivors include a daughter and her husband, Barbara Lee and Norman Ochalik of Virginia Beach; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Forest Lawn Cemetery by the Rev. Milford C. Rollins. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral home, Indian River Chapel, from 7 to 9 p.m. today. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Hampton Roads Chapter, (NU)20 Koger Center, Suite 233, Norfolk, Va. 23502.
