The Las Vegas Hilton wants to go back to court in the Tailhook case brought by former Navy Lt. Paula Coughlin. The hotel claims that a juror failed to disclose a drug conviction and two lawsuits during jury selection.
The juror, Cory Weinper, was the most animated member of the panel that awarded Coughlin $6.7 million last month. Weinper, 39, occasionally snorted at questions or testimony and covered his face with his notebook to hide laughter. He refused comment Monday.
