State, federal and city offices: State and city offices will be
closed Thursday and Friday. Federal offices will be open Friday.
Schools: Closed today, Thursday and Friday.
Garbage collection: Dare County Thursday pickups will be on Monday.
Kill Devil Hills will be picked up today and Monday. Manteo will be
picked up today and Friday. Elizabeth City's curbside pickup on
Thursday will be on Friday. Hertford's Thursday route will be picked
up today.
Post offices: Closed Thursday and open Friday for regular service.
Senior centers: Closed Thursday and Friday.
Inter-county public transportation: Closed Thursday and Friday.
