A new ``reformulated gasoline'' will be on sale in January that will significantly reduce auto emissions. The retail price will vary, depending on location, market conditions and taxes. However, the National Petroleum Council, an advisory group to the Secretary of Energy, estimates that making the new gasoline could cost manufacturers 5 to 8 cents more per gallon in 1995. by CNB
