Armed robbery, 3100 block of Western Branch Blvd. The suspect gave the victim a ride from Portsmouth to Western Branch, but then the suspect pulled a knife and demanded food stamps. Description of suspect: black male, wore a blue sweat shirt and blue jeans. Nov. 8.
