LEVI SPEIGHT

Levi Speight, 84, of the 2800 block of Candlewood Circle, died Nov. 20, 1994 at his home.

Mr. Speight was born in Bethel, N.C. He was the widower of Odell Speight and the son of Annie Speight Thomas and Henry Speight.

Survivors include two daughters, Linda Jones of Chesapeake and Mae Ethel of Connecticut; three sisters, Annie Speight, Keira Speight of Bethel, N.C., and Ella Redd of Virginia Beach; two brothers, James Henry Speight of Bethel, N.C., and Samuel Speight of Philadelphia, Pa.; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.

A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in Riddick's Chapel, Bethel, N.C. Pretlow & Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake, is in charge.
