D.A.R.E. HELPS

I disagree that Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) doesn't work.

I am a student at Landstown Middle School. I took my two D.A.R.E. courses in fifth and seventh grades. Both years I was directed away from drugs and peer pressure.

D.A.R.E. does help kids to resist drugs and other destructive pressures.

It also shows students how drugs can harm them in the present and the future. Every student should take the two classes and understand what D.A.R.E. is and what it stands for.
