CHARLES DIMARCO

Charles DiMarco, 66, of the 5100 block of Bonney Road, died Nov. 23, 1994, in Sentara Norfolk Hospital.

He was a native of Buffalo, N.Y., and was the retired owner and manager of DiMarco Woodtide Shoe Repair in Virginia Beach. He was a member of St. Gregory The Great Catholic Church, and he had served in the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his wife, Alice R. DiMarco; two daughters, Selina Benson of Greenville, N.C., and Liza LeCras of Virginia Beach; two sons, Charles DiMarco Jr., and Shawn DiMarco, both of Virginia Beach; one brother, Carmello DiMarco of Buffalo, N.Y.; and seven grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in St. Gregory The Great Catholic Church by Father John Peck. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Kellum Funeral Home, Pleasent Hall/Kempsville Chapel, is handling the arrangements. The family will be at the funeral home from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday. There will be Christian Wake Service at 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
