CLINTON MORTON

Clinton Morton, of the 1200 block of Courtney Ave., died Nov. 20, 1994, in a local hospital.

He was a native of Ahoskie, N.C., and had retired from Al'Sans Lumber Co. He was an organ donor. He was a man whose warm smile could light up any room; he will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his father, James R. Morton of Norfolk; three sisters, Karen Morton of New London, Conn., Kathy Helme of Groton, Conn., and Jeanette Morton of Norfolk; one brother, Harvey Morton of New London, Conn.; a great aunt, Beluah Gray of Philadelphia, Pa.; three uncles, Alfred Sharp of Winchester, Calif., James Hardy of Kingstree, S.C., and Horace Hardy of New London, Conn.; three aunts, Ethealine Tucker of Waterford, Conn., Clementine Wilson of Norfolk, and Lucy Alston of Norfolk; a special friend, Barbara White; combined nieces and nephews; 16 great-nieces; 16 great-nephews; and numerous cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his mother, Willie Mae Morton.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. today in St. Mark R.Z.U.A. Church, 1509 COlonial Ave., Norfolk, by the Rev. Johnny Hardy. Metropolitan Funeral Service is handling the arrangements. Family and friends will assemble at 1246 Courtney Ave. (NU)2, today at noon for the funeral procession to the church. The family wishes to thank everyone for their warm support.
