Strong-arm robbery, 1000 block of N. George Washington Highway. The victim was walking toward the entrance when one suspect grabbed his wallet. Description of suspect: black male, 20s, 6-feet, 160 pounds, slim build, wearing a ski hat, tan jacket and dark pants. Nov. 17.
Strong-arm robbery, 1100 block of N. George Washington Highway. The victim's purse was snatched from her shoulder while she was walking toward her vehicle. Nov. 17.
Grand larceny, 3100 block of Guenevere Drive. Missing: two speakers and an amplifier. Nov. 16 or 17.
Strong-arm robbery, 2400 block of Southern Pines. The suspect, who was armed with a black revolver, demanded that the victim hand over her purse. She refused and the suspect pulled the trigger. When the weapon did not discharge, the suspect fled. Nov. 18.
Residential burglary, 700 block of Canal Drive. Nothing was reported missing. Nov. 19.
Petty larceny, 1500 block of Shell Road. Missing: leather jacket and a tape deck. Nov. 19 or 20.
Residential burglary, 700 block of S. George Washington Highway. Missing: VCR, receiver, two televisions, stereo and a watch. Nov. 21.
