Resolution granting use-permit application of Paul Battle to use 914 Dandridge Drive as a residential care facility. Approved, 7-0
Motion to adopt a resolution authorizing the city's 1995 Legislative Proposals to be presented to the Portsmouth Delegation for action in the 1995 General Assembly session, deferred from the regular meeting Nov. 8. Approved, 5-2; Clemons and Pitts opposed
