Almando ``Joe'' Desander, 83, of the 200 block of Beechwood Ave., a retired supervisor with the Naval Air Station, died Nov. 24, 1994, in a Norfolk nursing home.
He was born in Albany, N.Y.
Survivors include his wife, Delores H. Desander; one son, Douglas A. Desander; one sister, Mary Parziale of DuBois, Pa.; and one brother, Louis Desander of DuBois, Pa.
The graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is handling the arrangements.
