Dorothy Marie Willis, 61, died Friday, Nov. 25, 1994, at McLeod Regional Medical Center, Florence, S.C.
Mrs. Willis was born in Cape Charles, Va., and was reared in Eastville, Va. She had been a fiscal assistant for the Virginia Department of Transportation, Eastville, and was a member of Eastville Baptist Church. She was also a member of Chapter 1349 Women of Moose. She was predeceased by her father, Frank Bennett, and a daughter, Deborah W. Colonna.
Survivors include her husband, Larry G. Willis; two sons, Larry G. Willis Jr. of Virginia Beach and James R. Willis of Salt Lake City, Utah; her mother and stepfather, Gladys Nordstrom Lumley and James Rut Lumley of Eastville; a brother, Charles N. Lumley of Hampton; and five grandchildren.
The graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Cape Charles Cemetery by the Rev. F. Chris Hinton and Mr. Kemmie Dize. Friends may join the family from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today in Wilkins-Doughty Funeral Home, Cape Charles.
