Waldo E. Walden, 85, died Nov. 25, 1994, in Portsmouth.
He was a native of Roanoke, and was the widower of Virginia Walden. He was a Protestant and had retired from the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard after 18 years. He was a Navy veteran of WWII.
He is survived by one son, Bud Walden of Richmond; one sister; and one brother.
The graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. today in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, is handling the arrangements.
