Dorothy E. Kelley, 73, a retired school teacher, died Nov. 27, 1994, in her residence.
Mrs. Kelley was born in Mount Vernon, N.Y. She had retired from Suffern, N.Y. school system after 25 years.
Survivors include a daughter, Evelyn C. Foster of Virginia Beach; a son, Robert E. Kelley of Virginia Beach; a brother, Eugene E. Kelley of Pleasantville, N.Y.; and two grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel, by Pastor Terry D. Clark. The family will greet friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association.
