ELLA MAE WHITE

Ella Mae Jones White, of the 900 block of Albert Ave., a private duty nurse, died Nov. 25, 1994, in a local hospital.

Mrs. White was born in Norfolk County. She was the widow of Ulysses White and was a member of Zion Light Church of Christ - Disciples of Christ, Norfolk. She was predeceased by her parents, Ada Harrell Jones and the Rev. John Thomas Jones.

Survivors include a daughter, Ms. Zetia White of Norfolk; a son, Ricky White of Norfolk; a sister, Margaret Myers of Norfolk; four brothers, John Jones of Norfolk, Leonard Jones of Washington, D.C., Preston Jones of New York City and Paul Jones of Chesapeake; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

The funeral will be conducted at noon Tuesday in Zion Light Church of Christ Church, 1035 Avenue G, Oakwood Section, Norfolk. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. The body will be placed in the church on Tuesday morning at 10 a.m. Family and friends will assemble at the home of Ms. Zetia White, 4502 Bankhead Circle, Norfolk, on Tuesday at 11 a.m. for funeral processional to the church. Metropolitan Funeral Service is handling arrangements.
