Survivors include his wife, Natalie Reed; two daughters, Hope LaBons Scott of Norfolk, Lynette Reed of Washington, D.C.; one sister, Edith Reed Garrett of Virginia Beach; two brothers, Milton Reed Jr. of Daytona Beach, Fla. and Lewis Reed of Mt. Pleasant, Tenn.
A funeral will be at noon Friday, Dec. 2, in Washington, D.C. Hunt Funeral Home is in charge.
