Janet Lee Cope, 40, of the 100 block of Holland Road, died Nov. 24, 1994.
She was born and raised in Alexandria, Va., and had been a resident of Virginia Beach for seven years.
Survivors include a sister, Mary Jane Pixley of Fredericksburg; two nieces; one nephew; numerous aunts and uncles; and her boyfriend, Billy Hinkle of Portsmouth.
A private memorial service will be held in the family's home Saturday.
