Lillian Vernon, the mail-order catalog retailer based in New York, has opened three seasonal outlet stores in Hampton Roads to take advantage of customers' extra spending this holiday. The new stores are in Pembroke Mall in Virginia Beach, and Chesapeake Square and Greenbrier mall in Chesapeake.
