WILLIAM FRANCIS ST. CLAIR

William Francis St. Clair, 44, a travel agent for Champion-Kail Travel Agency in D.C. died Monday, November 28, 1994, in a hospital.

A native of Tazewell, Va., Mr. St. Clair was a graduate of Hampton-Sydney College. He was the trust officer of the Bank of Tazewell County earlier in his career.

He was co-owner of The Oar House Restaurant before moving to Washington five years ago. He was the founding president of the Tidewater AIDS Crisis Taskforce and had lived in Norfolk from 1980 to 1990.

Mr. St. Clair is survived by his dear friend, Fred Casey of Washington, D.C.; his father, James C. St. Clair, of Tazewell; a sister, Ann Perry of Winter Park, Colo.; his grandfather, F.D. Snapp of Tazewell, and many dear friends.

A private, graveside service will be held Tuesday, December 6, at 2:00 p.m. in Tazwewell. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the charity of your choice.
