VOTES FOR PRAYER

Two votes for official sanction for non-sectarian, non-disruptive, student-initiated prayers, even at school events.

We also feel Bible clubs and before- and after-school groups are a much-needed resource which should be available to all young people who are inclined.

If our Congress has prayer before each session, it seems inane to prohibit prayer in ceremonies such as graduation.

We believe one of the worst things the Supreme Court has ever done was to remove prayer from our public schools.
