Police have identified the body of a man found Wednesday night at a trash-processing plant.
The body of James A. Brown, 37, of the 1500 block of Intruder Circle, Virginia Beach, was found at 9:36 p.m. at the Southeastern Public Service Authority plant on Victory Boulevard.
Police spokesman G.A. Brown said that the cause of death had not been determined.
This is at least the sixth time since 1991 that a body has been discovered at a dump or in a trash bin locally. It is the third time a body has been found at the Portsmouth SPSA plant.
