ADA H. CAMPBELL

Ada H. Campbell, 65, of the 400 block of Beechdale Road, a retired nurse's aid, died Dec. 2, 1994, in Portsmouth General Hospital.

Mrs. Campbell was born in Portsmouth. She had retired from Maryview Hospital after 20 years. She was the widow of David L. Campbell and was a member and choir member of New Testament Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Brenda J. Williams of Portsmouth; two sons, David Lee Campbell Jr. of Portsmouth and Lafayette Lee Campbell of Norfolk; a sister, Dorothy Mae Peebles of Portsmouth; five brothers, Russell Harris, William Henry Harris, Cornelius Harris, Fab Harris and Bill Harris, all of Portsmouth; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday in New Testament Church by Elder C.H. Bowens II. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Viewing will begin at 3 p.m. today in Corprew Funeral Home. The body will be taken to the church prior to the service.
