Georges D. Mulard, 97, died in the American Hospital in Neuilly, Nov. 23, 1994, after a brief illness.
He was a Chevalier of the Legion of Honor and a recipient of the Croix de Guerre 1914-1918.
He is survived by his wife, Simone Mulard; a daughter, Genevieve M. Galliford of Virginia Beach; a son, Jean-Pierre Mulard of Hyeres, France; four grandchildren, Richard W. Galliford and Christine G. Williamson of Virginia Beach, Frederic and Pascale Mulard of Hyeres; and three great-grandchildren, John Phillip, Christopher and David Williamson.
