Sarah Louise Addison, 76, of the 100 block of Hatton St., died Dec. 4, 1994, in Portsmouth.
Mrs. Addison was born in Knotts Island, N.C., and was a Protestant. She was the widow of Clarence Linwood Addison.
Survivors include four daughters, Mary Ivey Hartless of Mrufreesboro, N.C., Betty McManus, Dorothy Lehman and Doris White, all of Chesapeake; two sons, Clarence Linwood Addison Jr. and Richard James Addison, both of Virginia Beach; 20 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Evergreen Memorial Park by the Rev. Jeffrey Parry. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today.
