After spending the morning casting into the Atlantic from a Kitty
Hawk beach, surf fisherman Ralph Ingersoll, 64, of Pleasantville,
N.J., walks over the dunes. Ingersoll and others were hoping to
catch some of the big blues starting to migrate south along the
Outer Banks.
