Deborah Ann Smiley Welsh, 38, of Ocklawaha, Fla., died Dec. 7, 1994, in Ocala, Fla.
She was a native of Portsmouth, Va., and had lived in Ocklawaha for the past 18 years. She was a member of the Ocklawaha Bridge Baptist Church and was a graduate of St. Paul's High School.
Survivors include her husband, Charles William Welsh of Ocklawaha, Fla.; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward J. Smiley of Portsmouth, Va.; three daughters, Patricia of Belleview, and Wendy and Amy of Ocklawaha; two sons, Chuckie and Brandon of Ocklawaha; a sister, Sandra Phillips of Kingsland, Ga.; three brothers, Wayne Smiley, Larry Smiley and Michael Smiley, all of Portsmouth, Va.
Arrangements are being handled by Hiers Funeral Home, Ocala, Fla.
