Robert L. ``Robb'' Riddle, president of Riddle Associates of Chesapeake, has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.
Recipients of the designation are considered experts in commercial and investment real estate. The award requires 240 hours of graduate-level courses in financial analysis, commercial brokerage, market analysis, tax planning, managing and marketing troubled assets, decision analysis and negotiation, as well as professional experience requirements.
