SHE SAID. . .
``Let's go shopping!'' Girl's translation: Let's go to the mall. Even though we have no money, we'll go through every single store and try on everything we see.
Females have shopping down to a science. The experience is much like planning a war. The mall is the prey. We are the predators. And may God help anyone who gets in our way.
Upon entering the mall, the covert operation begins. The battle sites are strategically mapped out. First we hit Hecht's, then it's on to The Gap. The list continues until the mall has been ravaged to our satisfaction. Then we claim victory.
We girls have the best of both worlds. We can shop in any section, guys or girls. And depending on our mood, we can shop for dresses and skirts, jeans and T-shirts, or hats and shoes. The key word is variety. And for females, there's just tons of it.
Just a fair warning, if we girls are in the mall, we mean business. Stay out of our way, and beware. MEMO: This article first appeared in the Falcon Press, Cox's student
