Ruby Neville Justice, 81, of the 200 block of Culpepper Road, died Dec. 6, 1994, in her home.
Mrs. Justice, a native of Durham, N.C., retired in 1978 from the Portsmouth Public School System as a dietitian. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church and was the widow of Grady Devaney Justice.
Survivors include a daughter, Betty J. Bartlett of Portsmouth; a son, Steve Justice of Virginia Beach; a sister, Edith N. Cole of Durham; and five grandchildren, Albert Bartlett, John Justice, Elizabeth Bartlett, Pam Justice and Laley Justice.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Dec. 9, in First Presbyterian Church by Dr. Walter Kennedy. Burial will be in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. Foster Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Friends may join the family at her home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to First Presbyterian Church or a charity of your choice.
