Jarvis Booker T. Wilkins, 59, of the 2100 block of Heather Road, died Dec. 6, 1994, in a local hospital.
Mr. Wilkins was born in Spring Hope, N.C. He was retired from the State Highway and Bridge Department.
Survivors include his wife, Earlean Wilkins; two daughters, Cheryl Wilkins of Virginia Beach and Tawandia Moss of Chesapeake; a son, Donuell Wilkins of Virginia Beach; a grandson, Rashard Wilkins of Virginia Beach; his mother, Zelma S. Wilkins of Norfolk; two sisters, Francis R. Wilkins of Chesapeake and Annie Roth Ferebee of Norfolk; and a brother, John Wilkins of Norfolk.
A funeral will be at noon Saturday in Pretlow & Sons Funeral Home, Chesapeake. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park.
