Otis N. Couch, 83, of the 2900 block of Lynnhaven Drive, died Dec. 8, 1994, in his residence.
Mr. Couch was born in Davie County, N.C., and was retired.
Survivors include his wife, Hazel Carter Couch; two sons, Otis Dale Couch and Thomas Wayne Couch, both of Virginia Beach; a sister, Catherine Spry of Mocksville, N.C.; a brother, Marshall Couch of Arizona; two grandsons; one great-granddaughter and one great-grandson.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, by the Rev. Paul S. Carter. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today.
