A direct transfer center for Tidewater Regional Transit buses in Portsmouth will be moved from County Street to Columbia Street on Dec. 19.
The move is planned to make way on County Street to park school buses bringing passengers to the new Children's Museum of Virginia.
The existing bus stop is at the former Edinburgh Square parking garage, now called Children's Museum of Virginia parking garage. The new stop will be one block south on Columbia. by CNB
